This Is How We Roll
Our listing commission is 1.5% of the sales price for a full-service experience, collected at closing. There are no upfront fees.
It includes everything you’ll need: advice on pricing, suggestions to prepare your home for sale, professional photos, online marketing, contract negotiations, scheduling of showings/inspections/walkthroughs, and anything else to successfully travel from listing to closing.
Under current real estate practices, sellers are generally not required to pay the buyer’s agent’s compensation. As the seller, you are hiring and paying only for the services of your listing agent, according to your listing agreement. Buyers who work with an agent are typically required to have a written agreement with that agent that specifies how the agent will be compensated before touring homes.
During negotiations, a buyer may ask the seller to provide a concession that can help cover certain buyer expenses, such as the buyer’s agent’s compensation, the buyer’s closing costs, or other agreed-upon transaction expenses.
Whether to provide any concession is entirely up to the seller and is subject to negotiation between the parties.
